As part of the month of support for the elderly, Akmola police officers visited the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Colonel of the Internal Service Dmitry Mikhailovich Nesveteyev.

A year of study - and here it is, an independent life, although only so far in the form of practice. The direction was given to Novokuznetsk, to the electrical installation train 705 (EMP-705) "Transelectromontazh", operated from Moscow. From Novokuznetsk, as part of a group, Bakhtiyar left for the Selenga station, which is not far from Ulan-Ude. The section of the Mysovaya-Ulan-Ude road was electrified, where the first working step was made. And then there was Uzhgorod in Western Ukraine, Tomsk, the Kemerovo railway ... Everything is like in the famous song: "My address is not a house or a street, my address is the Soviet Union." Business trips full of romance and hardships were interrupted by military service.

After serving, he graduated from the Omsk Institute of Railway Transport, receiving a diploma of an electrical engineer for a contact network. He worked at the foreman section of the Inzer station. Two years later, he became the head of a team of commissioning engineers, later - an engineer of the technical department of the electrical installation train No. 705. Both work and responsibility were added. I had to deal with issues of material and financial support. The electric assembly train led the electrification of sections of the Abakan-Krasnoyarsk, Novokuznetsk-Mezhdurechensk, Omsk-Novosibirsk-Barnaul roads ... The foreman's sections were scattered between Vladivostok and Sverdlovsk. He also dealt with the problems of the Kazakhstan railway. In Akkol there was a superintendent's section - the Tselinograd-Akkol-Kokchetav road was electrified. An engineer from Novokuznetsk came here too.

Business trips, business trips. What wife would endure such a life for a long time. More worries. And then the hard years began. The work accumulated over decades was written off in retirement. The economic crisis gave rise to deadlock situations. All industries started to optimize. The department, in which Bakhtiyar had worked for many years, was abolished; it became part of the Kokshetau power supply distance. Bakhtiyar remained in his place, but already as the deputy head of the Kokshetau power supply distance in the Borovsk direction. The position required updating and replenishing knowledge: strategic, not economic, tasks had to be solved. This time, refresher courses were held at the RAPS - the Russian Academy of Railways in Moscow. The title of honorary power engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan was awarded to a labor veteran, his name was entered on the industry Hall of Fame.
